Meetings

The Cabell County Democratic Executive Committee normally meets on the first Monday of each month at 7PM. Meetings are held at the Cabell County Courthouse Commission Chambers, Suite 300, 750 5th Avenue, Huntington, WV 25701.

Agenda

Roberts Rules of Order shall govern all parliamentary procedures of the Executive Committee. The committee’s business shall proceed in the following order:

1. Call to Order.
2. Pledge of Allegiance.
3. Roll Call (40% of all voting members of the Committee shall constitute a quorum).
4. Reading and approval of the minutes.
5. Introduction of guests.
6. Reading of communications and correspondence by Secretary.
7. To receive the report of the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and Treasurer.
8. To act upon unfinished business and postponed business from previous meeting.
9. To receive and act upon reports from standing and ad hoc committees.
10. To receive and act upon any new business.
11. Remarks by members of the committee.
12. Good of the party.
13. Adjournment.
